Every month, Netflix Canada adds family-friendly shows and movies for your kids to stream. Here’s what’s coming up in October 2020.

Netflix Canada has announced which new TV shows and movies it will be adding to its lineup this month, and of course that means, more options for kids! There’s a handful of titles to look forward to in October, including the new kids’ movie Over the Moon and fun Halloween specials from Go! Go! Cory Carson, Super Monsters and Starbeam! Check out the full lineup with specific release dates below.

But first, an important note: The age recommendations offered below are approximate. Every kid is different, and you’re the best judge of what’s appropriate and what your kid can handle.

Over the Moon

Best for: TBD
Fueled with determination and a passion for science, a bright young girl builds a rocket ship to the moon to prove the existence of a legendary Moon Goddess. Available October 23

A Go! Go! Cory Carson Halloween

Scooby-Doo

After a bitter breakup and staying apart for two years, Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and their dog, Scooby-Doo, reunite to investigate strange occurrences at a resort on Spooky Island. Available October 1

Chico Bon Bon: Monkey with a Tool Belt, Season 4

Best for: 3+
There’s no problem that Chico Bon Bon and his “Fix-it Force” can’t solve. From building a new skate park to stopping a vehicle from falling off a cliff, this crew takes care of any engineering troubles headed their way. Available October 27

A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting

LAST CALL!

Netflix is taking off a few kids’ and family titles next month: Back to the Future, Back to the Future Part II and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Luckily, there is still plenty of time left to give them a watch as a family since they’ll be available until the 31st. Everyone to the couch!
