Disney+ is always adding to their library of movies, TV shows and shorts to watch. Here’s what your family can look forward to in October 2020.
New content is coming to Disney+! The streaming service from Disney has announced which new TV shows and movies will be added to its lineup next month, and of course that means, more options for the whole family! There’s a handful of titles to look forward to in October, including the new movie Clouds, which is based on a true story, and a new Frozen short about the origins of Olaf the snowman! Check out the full lineup with specific release dates below.
But first, an important note: The age recommendations offered below are approximate. Every kid is different, and you’re the best judge of what’s appropriate and what your kid can handle.
Once Upon a Snowman
Best for: 4+
Follow Olaf as he takes his first steps, comes to life and searches for his identity in the snowy mountains outside Arendelle. Available October 23
Animal ER, Season 2
Best for: 10+
In season two of Animal ER, one of the largest veterinary hospitals in the country opens up new departments for our cameras, including their Critical Care, Cardiology, Dermatology and Ophthalmology wings. This season, procedures include the miraculous recovery of sight, the ability to walk again, and saving animals in critical condition. But no matter what the technology, Gulf Coast’s biggest asset is their staff, and their personal ties to their animal patients. Available October 2

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

The Right Stuff
Best for: 13+
It’s 1959 and Russia is winning the space race. In order to compete, The United States forms NASA and chooses to recruit the nations best test pilots to form what will become the Mercury Astronauts. New episodes every Friday starting October 9
Disney Junior The Rocketeer, Season 1

Kit Secord learns she’s secretly next in line to become The Rocketeer, a rocket-pack wearing superhero who can fly. Available October 16
Marvel’s Iron Man & Captain America: Heroes United

The Big Fib

Disney+‘ game show, The Big Fib, is back for another 15 episodes. Hosted by Yvette Nicole Brown and featuring Rhys Darby as her robot sidekick, C.L.I.V.E., each episode puts kid contestants in the hot seat as they question adults to find the real fibber. New episodes available October 23
The Mandalorian
